*How did you get into makeup?
Honestly it just happened. I had never really been a makeup addict, but I loved lipstick, eyelashes, and great brows. One year on my birthday I decided to have my makeup done in a person who did makeup. I thought it looked nice until I oxidized orange about 30 minutes after leaving the salon and my boyfriend gave me the weirdest stare EVER. HA HA! From that moment on I was like ok, I'm never letting anyone experience this. I admired how dedicated artist made women look and feel beautiful! I wanted that! I want to be able to do that! And the rest is history and now I'm hooked. I truly enjoy what I do.
*What is your specialty?
I specialize in natural, elegant, yet glamorous makeup applications for every ethnicity and age for any event.
*What form of payment do you accept?
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit, cashiers check, PayPal, and the Square POS mobile app (completely free to download + no transfer fees). Direct credit card payments (unless transferred through Square or PayPal) are unfortunately not accepted at this time. Please note that all PayPal and Square POS payments are subject to a 6% tax surcharge.
*Why is having a makeup artist important on my wedding day?
Aside from being one of the most important days of your life, your wedding day is the single most photographed day you'll likely experience. Photographed at all angles with HD lenses which magnify even the smallest blemishes. You'll even be dancing, shedding happy tears, and kissing or being kissed all night. Now I know it may seem easier just to do your own makeup for your wedding. However, contracting a professional for your big event not only simplifies things it guarantees a flawless finish perfect for photographs with a long lasting elegant look perfect for your Happily Ever After.
*How Far in advance should I be booking your services?
Due to a high volume of bridal inquires and general appointment requests, many on the same date, it is important to solidify your booking as soon as possible for your convenience. I am currently only booking for 2024. Please feel free to contact me for availability.

*Do you preform on-location makeup services?
Many of my services offer the option for on-location makeup. No worries just prepare for your GlamOver!
*What should I do before my makeup appointment?
Well kept skin is a must, and just like in any form of art your canvas is your foundation. Not only does it make the makeup last longer, but aides in a flawless look. I always recommend facials to my clients the day before services, either by a licensed esthetician or by doing an in-home treatment. You want a deep clean for diminishing the appearance pores and don't forget to exfoliate (face & lips). And most importantly moisturize your skin its extremely important even with oily skin. And drink plenty of water! Cucumber and lemon water is my favorite.
*What types of products do you use?
I have a wide variety of professional and luxury products I use in my kit. My favorites are Bobbie Brown, MAC, Kevyn Aucoin, Tarte (cruelty-free), Graftobian, Make Up For Ever, NARS, and Anastasia Beverly Hills. I specialize in traditional makeup application, but will be soon providing airbrush makeup to clients. My technique in doing traditional makeup is seamlessly airbrush quality currently.
